Software and subscription terms

By purchasing or using Trinity Trading software, tools, resources, Discord access, or setup support, you agree to use them at your own risk and in compliance with your broker, exchange, and prop firm rules.

Use of software

Trinity provides trading software, automations, templates, settings resources, and educational support. You remain fully responsible for installation, configuration, monitoring, enabling/disabling automation, and all trading decisions or account outcomes.

Subscriptions and access

Subscriptions may be billed monthly or yearly depending on the selected plan. Cancel anytime from your account or by contacting support. Access may be revoked for chargebacks, abuse, misuse, sharing private files/licenses, or violation of these terms.

No financial advice

Nothing from Trinity Trading is individualized financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice.

Refunds

First-time customers may be eligible for the stated 30-day money-back guarantee when applicable to the purchased software plan. Setup services or custom work may be non-refundable once work begins.
